THE PROGRAM

In order to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson, successful completion of three Department of Real Estate approved pre-exam 45 hour 3 unit college equivalent courses,Coldwell Banker Allstars has designed a pre-licensing and training program which allows you to become knowledgeable about the fundamentals of real estate

 Additionally, students are provided with over 2700  practice State exam questions, answers and explanations, as well as a state-of -the-art self-scoring computer program.

 

The program is offered as a home study course. It is designed to be flexible to meet the needs of those who enroll. That is, you can enroll any day of the week since the program is on a rotating basis--it does not mater in what order you begin the course work
